The breeder certifies that the kitten/cat sold was free of fleas and ears mites on the day of purchase.
Viral health warranty:
Should a veterinarian diagnose this kitten with Rhinotraheitis, Panleukopenia, Feline Leukemia Virus, or Feline Calicivirus, Feline Infectious Peritonitis and Ringworm within seven days following your purchase, you have to immediately inform the breeder of the kitten's condition BEFORE AGREEING TO ANY TREATMENTS. Once the breeder approves the treatments, he will assume the costs of all reasonable diagnostics and treatment
Congenital and hereditary health warranty:
The breeder agrees to replace the kitten/cat with another kitten/cat of similar quality as available in the event the kitten/cat is affected by proven congenital or hereditary illness that would prevent the kitten/cat from being enjoyed as a pet within the first year of life. This also includes ataxia, cleft palate, heart defect, hip dysplasia and liver shunt. Diagnostic must be provided by a veterinarian. The breeder will not be held responsible for any veterinary expenses.
Guarantee limitations: This guarantee does not cover any common ailments such as cancers, ingrown nails due to declawing, bladder stones, bacterial infections and viral infections or any illness that there are no conclusive testing for.
